it's not really "standard" these days, but yes they come with a 5-spd manual or a 5-spd automatic. The auto has paddle shifters which is uber gimmickey but worth mentioning I guess.

according to this month's Sport Compact Car it's an amazingly capable chassis despite its gaping wide open space and torsion beam rear end.
The Spoon 2003 Fit reportedly did 1.09g on the skidpad in the wet. It could have some potential; I'm curious to see what people do with it.

That little car is fly. I would drive it to the ground.
I'm thinking of selling my crv and buying that little bitch.
Saves on gas... gas costs a testicle or two here in cali, especially in constant bumper to bumper traffic.

I saw a Fit totalled today with a Hummer H3. I laughed because it looked as though the Hummer lost.

Did the Fit total the Hummer?!? Man, that's like a chihuahua getting a Saint Bernard pregnant.

Fits all over China
Sup guys...I'm fairly new. But given that I just got back from a trip to China I thought I'd mention that Fits are all over the place there. Just kinda interesting...no CRX's though .

Yeah dude people are so gay...most of the shift knobs were missing too - especially off of the cool cars like the S2000 and RSX

Yeah but this was the international auto-show; all the manufacturers want their cars looking their best. I think they should glue them on or something for shows like this....it's just rediculous that people can't contain themselves.

it doesn't matter how big the damn show is.
automatic shift knob's arn't taken off because they won't be able to shift it anyways and won't be able to get it off unless they have the tools and have enough ninjaness to do the quick job.
and i think just about every manual tranny's shift knob's come off by just twisting. but them shift knob's in RSX-S and S2000 are dang pricy! and so are the Ti ones in Accord/TSX/TL!!!

They almost always remove the shift knobs and sometimes some of the knobs at all the big autoshows. Only the cars that you can't touch do they leave all that stuff in.

I test drove a fit, and it seriously impressed me. It hugs corners like a stripper on a pole, and it has pulls nicely because it's light.
Plus, there's plenty of room inside!!
