B Series intermediate shaft types

For those of you who have been keeping up with my vibration problems, it is now FIXED! The problem was when I replaced my axles with 90-93 integra axles the half shaft that was on the car wasnt the correct one. I still do not know what axles go with that half shaft. My thanks really go to the guy I talked to at the Drive Shaft Shop. He told me that I have either a sk7 or sh3 halfshaft(intermediate shaft)and if I had the sh3 you need a shorteraxle. The sh3 is the odd ball one the sk7 is the most common. Ill admit I had my doubts but I bought a new half shaft and pulled the old one off the car and compared the two. As you can see in the pictures the one that was on my car was a sh3 and its about half an inch longer and would require a shorter axle. So when I put the regular length axle in it pushed in on the cv joint and caused it to bind and shake. Now its time to get it tuned. More to come.....

thanks!! Glad it's fixed!!

Honda was nice enough to stamp the code on the shaft housing for us! I know you really cant tell what it says but it reads SH-3, and they were both stamped in the same location. And theres the length measurements, I hope that this information helps someone else out in some way, this site has really become the place to go for REALLY technical questions and what not, lots of experienced builders here who have done and seen ALOT, I know Ive appreciated all the help I have gotten from you guys here, keep up the good work!
