vacuum can: Sponsored by Lowes
i traced out the circle in a piece of aluminumunmnmn and used the dremel i bought and went at it. I mounted a piece of alumimiimimi there because that is gonna be the new home to the map sensor =)
return spring fixed. In order to get the spring to fit right, i had to dremel off a section of the throttle. I dont have any control over the portion i cut off so it makes no difference to the way mine function. I believe the part i cut off was used to adjust the idle. anyway, here are some pics of the new return spring.
fuel rail mounts coming next week

mounts were made for me by Rosko on Honda-Tech. Great guy and I cant thank him enough for helping me out like this.
and here is the vac can i will be using that my buddy max found. 4 of these blocks on ebay for 20 bux shipped
four 1/8" threads, two 1/4", two 3/8"
the four 1/8" threads will be used for the vacuum lines to the throttles, one of the 1/4" threads will be used to run a vacuum line to the map sensor, one 3/8" thread will be used for the Brake Booster which i already have attached to the block.
now i just gotta find 1/8" MPT with 1/8" ends to hook up to the 1/8" vacuum lines.

first preps of paint, still got some more sanding/smoothing to do
the guy that did it charged me 10 bux and used a mig. The welds were about a 10 dollar job as well, lol. but for 10 dollars, i cant complain. Took me about an hour to get it as smooth as i could get it with a dremel and bits i had. I used bondo to make it a little smoother and thats the imperfections you see in the paint. The above will look better when im done.
Hoping to get the flange milled in the next few days. Ordered a new IM gasket yesterday, vacuum can is finished. Now to just finish off with the injectors and its go time.
