A little help possibly...

Hello, as you can tell from where from where I posted this, I somewhat of a no0b (god I can't believe I'm saying this) to ecu hacking. Although, I do have a basic knowledge of the workings and am currently learning/reading along with tinkering with some software (tuboedit and ecucontrol). I have posted this same questions on multiple forums, however the only response that I have received so far led to this page (hence my extremely low post count). My question is are there any plans on building a daughter board for a pr4 ecu that utilizes an usb connection on a computer. I found a link on SHO (Super Honda Online) that links me to this page (http://www.pgmfi.org/~jparker/host/OBD0_romadaptor.zip ; and http://www.pgmfi.org/~jparker/host/OBD0_romboard.zip), however this link does not work. I have seen this link (page) and it describes how to make diy a daughter board and ecu connector from basic components available at any local Radio Shack. I am looking for this diy article to complete the walkthrough complete with photos and a how-to written by myself for a friend's web blog on how make this device and how to run (hack) using this device. Any input on where to find this bit of information would be greatly appreciated.
