I checked the vtec selonoid screen and there wasent anything wrong there, also changed the TPS becasue i was getting code 7 reset it by pulling the haz fuze out for 5 min and re installing and drove it for a day to work and back and around town and no code but the damn vtec still is acting stupid.. Its kinda got me pissed off, i dont know what else to check... I was on google looking for my problem on there.. my car 88crx the speed is also off on it.. it says im going 15mph faster then i really am.. i just thought that it was because ive got 16 inch rims on it.. and that it prob has the wrong speed cable going to the trany form who ever done the motor swap. could maybe the speed sensor be causing this.. only thing is I dont get a Check Engine Light
