Are any H22 parts swappable to the F22?
I'm talking about internals (valves/springs/retainers) and all that good stuff....It sucks trying to find f22 parts

parts in the bottom end are interchangeable, but as far as the head goes....i doubt it. F22 is a nonvtec head which means the tolerances between parts are going to be much different and even the design of the parts will be different.

no, the f22 has iron sleeves which means you dont have to sleeve the block to run forged internals.

no kaboom...a few guys on H-T have made it happen. they called it the g23 and g22 since its between f and h
edit: b-series retainers are the same as h/f series one, and the valve springs should be the same between b-series vtec, h-series, and f-series...the f-series valve locks will work, and then the question is the difference in the h-series/f-series seat locators. h22 valves are 1mm larger on both intake and exhaust side than the f22.
there are a few companies that make f22 head parts but it takes a good amount of time to find them.
