Atco on 8/31

It looks like I may be at Atco next thursday with a buddy in his Mustang. He only puts it on the road a couple months out of the year so it should be fun. It's one of the few stangs I like.

The track is known for being super sticky, so if I'm able to keep my axles together I'm hoping to get my 60's down (and run away from a nice Rousch )

Yea, Atco is at sea level. I'm not sure of E-town's elevation, although I'm sure it's probably darn near close to sea level. The track is known to be very grippy, so hopefully 13.5's will be possible on a nice cool night and great traction.

John, I'd say it's a nice long drive for you, but if you can get out of NYC it might be worth the trip. I don't have much personal experience on many tracks but Atco has a reputation for phenomenal grip. This may sound wierd, but if you've ever seen "Pinks" they do a race at Atco. The one driver comments on how awesome the track surface is.
