Best way to retrieve data from striped raid array?

I know this is possible but I don't know how to do it. Both drives are good and all the data is on them but when me computer crashed the other day it screwed with the array and now I can't access everything. I have some pictures of my daughter that I need to get, someone give me a heads up on how to do this!!!

You can try with Knoppix

Its a Linux OS that is bootable from the cd unit, you can try to mount your hard disks and Knoppix has several CD Burning Softwares, you can give it a try

Thanks for the reply but I already did it. A lot of the system files were missing but all I wanted was my mp3's and pictures of my daughter during the holidays. All is good now and now I'm a raid 1 set up instead of a striped raid array. I learned my lesson.
