"www" in the address url
My parents computer uses IE and when i dont use www. in front, it will end the program. But if i type in www. it will go to the webpage.

IE:
tuner-junction.com will make IE close
www.tuner-junction.com will work like it should


how can i fix this?

my IE does not do that...make sure they have a current version of IE and not the beta ether
