Underrated Games?
Okay so list up a few of the most underrated games you guys have played.
Games that didn't do too well critically or lost most of their hype after they were released but turned out to be great games anyway.
My first 2 are both from Square Enix. Yeah we all know that FF and KH are great series but Square (actually I think these are both Enix games from back before the merger) does make other games.
1-Star Ocean:Till the End of Time-great game. Got some major hype the day or so before it released and then no one ever talked about it again. New twist on the classic RPG style. Battles occur in real time and I really like the system they came up with for this game. Great story, interesting characters-this one really keeps you hooked till the end (of time lol-sorry couldn't resist).
2-DragonQuest VIII: Journey of the cursed King- This game got a big amount of hype b/c it came with a playable demo of FFXII. It also happens to be one of the only games to get a 5 out of 5 on X-Play (which is damn near impossible). It has a great story and it is an unbelievable kind of epic for the PS2. Best of all (for the DBZ fans anyway) all the character design was done by Akira Toriyama so you may see a few familiar faces and it has that kind of feel to it.
