help with new PC

i'm having trouble with my new pc lately, i bought a new: MOBO, vid card, processor, and 2 sticks of ram. when i turn it on to boot it up, it goes; Click.........click......beeeeeeeeep. keeps repeating itself and its pissing me off. there is no picture either. i was stupid and didnt put spacers underneath the MOBO and the casing, but now i have them in there. and it still does the same thing. i even tried to reset CMOS. and its still doing it.

I would check to see if the RAM is in right and it is in fact the right RAM. Make and model of bord will help. Serch the web for a lay out and see if you have everything (cabels) connected right.

Take the vid card, ram, HDD and everything else plugged in (except processor), and see if teh mobo will post. If it does, add in the ram, see if it posts. Then add inx, and x, and x. Until you find out what's wrong.
