u shoulda seen the E3. demo was INSANE!
Battlefield 20something didnt look no way NEAR as good as quake wars though in terms of futuristic design elements and graphics werent on par
which is disappointing considering BF2 is so good at the moment.

specs on the graphics card and your system?
cause honestly, I've got an ATI Radeon 9200 and it makes games look better than that.

looks good, and nice card, but:
you should run a higher resolution
where is anti aliasing at? it doesnt seem like theres any at all... idk if its the game but normally the cards individual settings lets you turn it on, it makes a hguge differnence its unreal.

usually u would turn the AA down for online gaming anyway but bump up the resolution and take down some of the dynamic lighting so its easier to hit opponents.......that resolution is just too little though to bring out the pimpness of that game

no i know about online gaming, but for regular gaming, i put that shit all the way up to super high. i want to save for a new computer, preferably eitehr a dual core dual processor G5 or build another PC. i have this huge screen that would be fucking orgasmic if i could run it off a PC but my laptop isnt so great for gaming on it since the graphics card is a little weak. on teh laptop alone though, halo runs at full speed with full graphics, so its really nice for plane rides etc

ur efforts will go unrewarded. ur best off with a whole new heatsink and fan set up if ur overclocking.
thermaltake and corsair both make extremely good/affordable water cooling systems (heat sink on CPU and video card optional which is what i got) is connected to waterblocks and water/cooling fluid is run thru the lines to a radiator which has a fan blasting to it.
THE MOST AWESOME thing is that it cools 32x better than air to air and DEAD SILENT unless u turn the fan up to full blast. and even then when ur gaming u dont hear it. unlike air to air. i used to have mega hooked up systems....actually always have cos of one of my boy's hookups. and i got sick of air to air.
water cooling ftw.
but if ur thinkin of investing in a new comp. which i would if i were you even though im not TOO sure what u have. but u dont even have dual processor yet. then building a new PC is better for you.
www.tomshardware.com is a great benchmark reviewer of all sorts of hardware. and u can pick and choose what u like from there at a PC level and order what u like. better to educate yourself before u do anything.

nah this ia a 2 month old pc. I built it not to long ago.
Specs:
Processor: Intel Pentium D 940 3.2ghz 800MHz FSB 2 x 2MB L2 EM64T
Ram: 4gigz @ 533mhz DDR2 (Originally 2 but got 2 free) paid only for 2
Hardrive: 320gb @ 7200rpm
Graphics card brand new: ATI Radeon X1900GT 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 VIVO PCI Express x16
2 fans one 5in for the processor itself and one 3in rite underneath for internal components. Both suck air in through the front and blow it out the back.

man watercool and overclock that shit man. thats some decent fuckin hardware for serious. bump the resolution right up and take out some of the dynamic lighting.
is the RAM 2x2 gigs? or 4x 1 gig? better in 2x2 configuration. if u have trouble loading/ RAID fuckin rules. get another harddrive (besides. storage space u cant ever get enough of lol) just make sure its a fast drive. and RAID it. u'll really notice the difference in loading up and management of all applications.
seriously. watercool it lol. i got a pic somewhere of my set up.

If you really want to stress test it, try running BF2 on all HIGH settings with 4X AA online.
