k, i guess i have linux now. i just installed it cause my old operating program was just fucked up from spyware from pron. its pretty cool and doesnt have a lot of crap like on windows. i still have to get used to the way it is set up.

my question is can i use msn messenger, with linux, or will i have to get trillian?

you may be able to find either a pre compiled version or a guide to compiling it yourself. bsides, trillian is better than msn and aim anyway

and why did you choose that particular flavor of linux may i ask? i used to use slackware and this other one with a flower. it was cool :P

was free. won it at a programming contest. but with trillian you cant draw and ive grown up with msn. "its so hard, to say good bye, to my homie"

when i dl something where do i save it to? it gives me the choice of saving it to a cd or some other place.
