You'll like the updated lights. You'll really appreciate them when one eventually dies and you have to replace it in a hurry with the normal low beam.

I'm also assuming you're throwing the high beam bulbs in the low beams place, right? Just dremmel off the tabs on the bulbs and they slide right in.

i bought an extra set so i wont have to worry about that,

and no, i have high beam in high beam positions, on the inside of the lamp

Cool high beam you have there! I'm planning to upgrade my beams too, and thinking of getting the xenon bulb, and a new dimmer switches.
