can you bend the hangers some and tuck it up more? Or does it hit the shift linkage?

I could maybe go 1/2" to an 1" higher, but I wanted to leave it room to bounce. That way when I go over a bump it doesnt bounce up and slam the shifter...I figure its either going to drag the tip or slam the shifter so I opted for it to drag the tip a little....Its a full 3" but with the glasspacks the outside is about 5" so thats really the main reason it doesnt tuck very well.

I've alway wondered about making a turn down angled to one side of the car just to try and get the interior noise just a little quieter
