Sunroof
I've noticed that with windows up and sunroof closed, when I close my door, the sunroof moves up a little from the force of air. Is this because of a bad seal? Or is there more to it?

not too sure never had a car with a sunroof, but i know when you have a windshield replaced they say to leave a window open so when you close your door it doesn't cause the windshield to unseat it self. you might want to check to see if anything is loose on the track of the sunroof

Its seems to function fine and I don't really notice any leaks, but I don't drive in the rain too often. There's no extra noise coming from it. Maybe the seal has just shrunk over the years of sun/heat and cold/ice?

maybe i should add that the cars i had were both 94+ integras one ls and one gsr and they were solid as far as the sun roof goes. except when the tracks get dirty they tend to "skip" when opening.

yeah. my friend has a gsr and his seems way more solid too.
our crx sunroofs are flimsy and cheap looking.
the nice part is theyre simple and you can tear them apart and not be scared.

My prelude sunroof is solid as a rock too.
Anyone else notice this on their CRX sunroof?

im gonna go out on a limb here and say its a crx and possibly an early civic si problem. On my current teg 94 Rs (which is literally a beater) the trunk hatch moves when i close my door. If it doesnt leak or make noise or rock off or anything like that ide say just close the sun cover and move on. Wait for it to blow off (like some new corvettes) before you worry about it.
