Reply from Full-Race!

I figured Id post a new thread about this. For those of you who read my "picture" thread and the problem Roy and I had with the front mount intercooler fitment from Full-Race, well you know I wrote them a letter, and today I got a response!

Nicholas,

Thank you for informing us about that problem. I just went over the mfg
books that illustrate how to put the tabs on the intercoolers. Your
tabs were definitely welded on backwards. I updated the mfg books so that
this does not happen again. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have
caused. Would you like a free hat and t-shirt? Let me know what size
you want and I will ship them out to you asap.

Let us know if you have any more questions.

Javier Ramirez, BSME

Man I love being right, lol. Im actually surprised that they did own up to it, that impressed me. Even just getting a response surprised me. Good stuff, good company, good customer support, Id reccomend them to anyone.

i remember a while back they shipped the wrong bolts with a few traction bars (it was 10-20 of them). They posted a couple places about it warning if the bolts didn't thread in to call them immediately and they'd overnight the proper bolts.

It's always nice to see companies out there that actually provide quality customer service. They seem to be few and far between in the import community.

nice, they are really good with thier customer support.

what shirt/hat you order?

They had some issues with getting my IC piping powdercoated (their powerdercoater was stealing from them) so I had a bit of a longer wait on top of the tial stuff being backordered so they gave me two shirts and a hat. i def. got the christurbo shirt for one of them lol.

pic from thier website:
