I'm very interested in the specs on this project and also pictures of the actual fit.

Does your car have AC??
Do you use a full width radiator??
Who makes your engine mounts??

damn, thats a serious wastegate, and quite a well engineered system, no doubt the best ive ever seen! the intercooler to turbo idea is pretty damn cool, ive not seen that before. also, that manifold looks killer, i wish my cars manifold was that cool.

That's one seriously hard right angle.

Yeah the more I think of it you can tell there's no way to have a full width radiator the outlet from the turbo goes straight through where the radiator and AC condenser would be. Also, when I spoke to Jeff Evans about possibly going turbo he told me for my application a half width radiator (like the full race one) would never work. The road racing scenario with a turbo would overwhelm a half radiator.

.......I need a EK

Yea, I believe they released partial pictures of the machine but not the whole thing so people wouldn't copy it!

I <3 Full-race. Pretty sure i don't need to explain why.

The backdoor intercooler setup with the BOV on the intercooler is also very nice.

Thanks for the replys. This kit is amazing. The EL manifold is the most impressive piece, the welds are PERFECT. Id love to see what their 3 axis robotic tig welder looked like! But there is NO way to keep A/c with this kit, due to the design, but I didnt have it in the car before anyway....and a half radiator is a must. Unfortunitly with that I bought a fluidyne radiator about 8 months ago when the stock one got a hole in it. I went with a half so It would have room for the turbo, but of course they dont make a half specificly for this car but I was able to get it to fit standing up and have the hood closed, so I thought that it would work standing up with the manifold and turbo in there. Wrong. I had to move it and lean it back to work. But I was able to make it look half way decent, not as nice as I would like it, but decent. Anyway my friends and I stayed up till about midnight last night putting the kit on! The fit on this thing is AMAZING, very well constructed. I have a bunch more pics that Im gonna post up here in a few minutes, but the whole layout is designed excellant. I drove it last night, did some good pulls. We still need to play with the gap on the plugs and the timing, it keeps blowing the spark out right around full spool. The lag on this thing is noticable. At 4500 it starts to take off and at 5500 it throws you back in your seat. Right now its a 10psi more to come as we tweak it. Its also running rich, really rich, 10:1 according to the wideband. So that needs to be played with too. I know thats hurting it alot as far as power goes. I did a 5mph roll on and with drag radials on, when it hit 5500 the two front tires LIT up...it was cool Anyway let me get some more pics up here. Thanks for all the feedback.

With the bumper support, only had to cut about 2inchs off, of just the front layer of sheetmetal on the support.

awesome man, cant wait to see some videos and some dyno sheets. are you going to tune it yourself or get it tuned somewhere? also, when does the turbo begin to spool? i know you said it starts to make some good power at 4500 but is that when it spools or when its like half way there?
