Well, i finally got pictures up on the net. There are probably other ways to do this but i just wanted to mock something up. First off, i started tapeing a bunch of aluminum foil to the front of my car so the cured fiberglass can be lifted straight off.

After you get the entire front end covered, it should look something like this.

Then i backed my car under a tree off the side of my driveway since i didn't think my parents would be too happy with me if i filled the entire house with epoxy fumes. I laid out the fiberglass cloth and kept it in place with refrigerator magnets.

I recomend putting on some latex gloves cause this epoxy is almost impossible to get off your skin. Take your time and work in small sections. This is what it looks like with just the top half done.

After i got the rest resined up, I let it set up overnight and this is what i ended up with the next day.

It's hard to get the cloth to go into the the grille of the bumper but i did my best and i actually useed a couple of wood screws and went straight into my bumper (i'm not gonna use mine anymore anyway, so what do i care?)
This is where my project stops for now. I've run short on funds and time. The next steps i'm gonna take are to place some extra fiberglass in strategic spots that i think need more strength. Then i'll smear some body filler over the whole thing and sand it smooth and spray it white. Don't worry, when i get some more time to work on it, i'll post up a second half to this diy.
