Actually you know I have the USDM OEM one in my car but now that I look at it the JDM one is slightly different. The JDM one has a ashtray in the back. Which makes sense because they had back seats. Mine has just a "blank" covering that hole.

that's no waste, you're sounding like the guys on H-T who tried telling me i didn't need cup holders because race cars don't have them

Actually, it was a waste of space on the server and my bandwidth posting that reply if you want to get technical.
As far as the armrest, the way i look at something like this:
If it the car was new, how much would an option like this cost?
Not saying it'd be $200 or i'd ever pay it, but some of the stuff that people freak out about ($300 for a rear seat) would be small change when buying the car new and it still performs the same function.
It's a good way to justify spending a ton of money on something for a car that's 15 years old

holy crap, carbon fiber!!!1
Side note, EK armrests fit pretty well in a CRX i believe. Integra armrests fit in a 4g Civic if you replace the lower part around the shifter also. I don't think any EK armrests came in black though.

lol
2 out of 3 CRX's I owned had them, and both were 90 Si's interestingly enough.
Yes that does mean I picked up another crx.
And yes that does mean that both of them have a center arm rest
