I'm jealous your bumper covers seem to be mounted perfectly straight, but more importantly, they ARE perfectly straight. I ran into some serious problems (same kit) where the actual bumper was slightly misshapen and didn't wrap around the bumper support properly, and it ended up being too far back on the passenger's side and too far forward on the driver's side. I've tried everything I can think of short of actually shaving parts of the inside of the bumper covers, but that just doesn't sound like a good plan. Did you install it yourself, or did you "get it done" somewhere?
I love this build, by the way.

i did it myself and it took a little time to figure out what needed to be cut on the stock bumper and i also had to trim the bumper cover a little under both headlights. here is a picture i have of the bumper before i cut it. i pretty much cut the ends off right where the bends are for the charge pipes

when im ready to take the other 2 apart ill snap some pictures and do a write up. i talked to a couple people on a few vw forums and a few people said that i would have problems with the bolts that hold the lips to the rims. all the bolts came out with out any problems, the only problem i had was removing the lip from the rim

That sunroof is crazy looking. Is it aftermarket or was it transplanted from a different car?
