I have an exterior mod idea and need some opinions.
I am thinking of putting decals similar to this one accross the bottom of the doors on my rex once I get it completely restored. silver crx.jpg
My rex will be glossy black with pearl/silver wheels. The decal will match the wheels. It will basically be the opposite of the one in the pic. I think it looks pretty sweet!
I need to know from you guys...what should it say???
ex: Civic Racing e Xperimental?
ex: Sport injection?
ex: Honda CRX?
Remember, I will be representing the CRX community.

how about CRX in glossy black... so you cant see it...
seriously, dont ruin a possble badass paint job with some decals, its just cheap, and everyone knows its an EFI CRX sport injection model

I say no...I'm not crazy about decals at all. The only reason they worked on that silver CRX is because there was histroy behind that shop and that car. I say don't do it.

Sounds good to me.  I thought it might look sharp but if you guys think it will look tacky then I will go without. It will also save me some $$$. 
Here is what I'm getting ready to do. I have ordered a new OEM hood and front bumper, JDM vtec tailights, clear signal lamps and corner lamps, glossy black paint job, LP spoiler. It may be next month. I will post pics ASAP.

I hate decals on the paint. Having a crew decal on the glass is cool but that's it.

Instead of decal I say go with "ghosting" in CRX. I saw an Audi once with the rings ghosted in the paint. It was sick.

I am having them imported from Germany. They say "CRX Vtec" on them. Maybe they are just European? |
