I don't know if you found that link on your own, or got it from my eBay auction. (I'm selling the Q, and the patch right now)
Their products are good, and seem to fit really well. The reason I decided not to use them is because I feel that it's kind of a 'cheap' way out, and my body man said that he could weld steel into the arches for a more 'traditional' fix.
I'm going for a high quality restoration on mine (well, high quality for me.. not like Jadkar's ), and I thought that the patch panels were the cheap way out.
If you have a little bit of skill, and you're looking for an easy fix, then these are perfect for you. I'm actually bringing mine to a body shop, and I figured I'm already spending big-bucks... why would I try to save $50-75.00 by using the panels and potentially having problems later on?
Not that I'm trying to downplay a product I'm trying to sell or anything, but they're just not for me.

What's that stuff that you can put on rust and it converts it to something really hard and black?

That's just an encapsulator and it isn't very effective.
I HAD panels for sale, but they are all gone. I would order more on a somewhat prepaid basis (or nice deposit) if people are sUPER SERIOUSLY interested.

i forget where i found it now. it may have been an ebay auction actually. im not really sure that i like the idea for my own car, im too much of a perfectionist.. but i was thinking this would be a good source for someone like Charliemopps24 whos doing a drag car build on a wrecked crx. this would be a cheap way to clean it up a litte.

Actually, the side of my car doesn't look bad at all anymore. I took the jack and braced it against my pass side pillar and i got a piece of 2x4 that reached to the drivers sidepillar and door and just started cranking away. I actually hooked a power drill up to the jack so that i could go faster.

i'm working on a body work DIY for just this sort of thing, but it does require skill and some tools to do the metal work.
and that stuff that turns rust black isn't an encapsulator, it's a converter. it doesn't work unless you paint it soon after using it, because its usually porous. there's a lot of rust care stuff out on the market: acid washes, ecapsulators, converters, all kinds of stuff. but a good old fashioned grinder/media blasting will also do a great job.
