^^ I don't think it does. You need the JDM harness and even then I haven't heard of anyone being able to properly use the climate control.
Sweet goodies though!

You need a ton of stuff. Couple sensors, i believe the off/auto/1/2/3 settings are servo operated like an Integra instead of cable like a CRX. There was a guy on Honda-tech that had everything operational except the auto or the 1/2/3 settings, can't remember which.

I suppose if you had an acutal JDM CR-X that came with it, you could swap everything out. Although, if you had a JDM CR-X, you don't need to swap a damn thing

i dont see any of the air conditioning components under the hood of your car, so it really shouldnt matter much.
just makes the dash look nicer

everything plugs in and works execpt for auto feature and control how hot or cold you want it. yeah it does make the dash look alot better
