does anyone know a good site for a Honda clutch cable with a CRX b16? or better yet an aftermarket clutch cable thats stronger?

I don't know if the B16 is the same, but on the B18c/c5 you need to use a Integra clutch cable. I'm using a CRX Si, but I have absolutely ZERO room for adjustment. The integra cable is the way to go.

I thought you had a DA cable??

I'd assume that the DA cable would be more appropriate on the the cable tranny being that the DA used a B series. The stock cable might work, but like John said, you'll have zero room for adjustment.
