this is a little summary of the last track day that i did
- I get up a 4:30 am and leave Dayton before 5 am
- Get to Indy at 7 and no scca officials there at all
- Since I was a tech, teched all the cars and then work on my car, get the race tires on torque wheels,
- Hook up the camcorder, i doesnt want to work!!! try it again and still not working
-First session
car runs really good untill five minutes left in the session, starts to miss real bad! !!
- I get signed off by instructor after a near miss with a wall ( big slide on cold tires) He wants to know why i dont race more, get offered to run with a endurance team
-check the MSD wires and i forgot to zip tie the coil wire to the cap, so i zip tie it
-2nd session- that car missed so bad i pulled off track and just scratched my helment, then went back out!!
- changed out to a new plug and tightened up the gap
-3rd session same thing, just putted around in 5th gear!! yea lots of fun!!!!
- didnt feel like changing out the distrubitor so jsut went out and worked on new line, untill a wrx wrecked, ended the session, and end my monday!!
-took me 3.5 hours to get home from IRP to Dayton just in time to go play softball!!!
all in all, i had a slight miss all the way home, as soon as you would "stand" on the gas, miss like a mofo!!!!so a my distributer is on the list of stuff to do
