E Brake

I need a new e brake handle. 16 years of use has left it looking like an old dog toy - all chewed up and whatnot. Are the ebay ones fine? To get the old one off, do you just pull and twist?

They are a bastard to change. While you are at it, you might as well change the rear brakes, clips and adjuster.

The handle itself is easy to change IMO. I bought one from Autozone. Remove the screw at the bottom of the old handle and it will slip right off. The button will stay in place. Replace the new one in reverse. It has set screws and the rubber cover will fit over the back of the handle. One of the easiest things I've done on my rex.
