What cars pick on you?
Just wondering.
I typically find Mustangs as the #1 instigator. I don't know what their problem is, they'll run against EVERYTHING.
Next up is G35 coupes and 350z's.
And oddly, I had an M5 attempt to flex his muscle the other night (which is probably making me think about what other cars people get picked on by.)
Surprisingly, not many civics/crxs/integra/preludes. Weird.
I've never run any of them......except for toying with a 350z on the highway. Not into losing my car/life.
Who eggs you guys on?

There is a 5.7 liter Trans Am around here that picks on me all the time. I dont even pay attention to him. There was a civic hatch back around here that picked on me all the time until i beat him in a race. I also had a silver RX-8 that picked on me once but I lost him in traffic numerous time and I think he gave up. Besides that mustangs and even worse v6 mustangs.

I don't really get picked on by anything here. Theres a decent level of mutual respect between car enthusiests here.....
Sometimes the ricers try to pick on me...but i sleep..all day every day. I only show them whats up when they become obnoxious.
Usually, for the most part, everybody knows everybody....so if they do mess with eachother its because they know eachother, nobody plays the hardass here...

Since my car looks like crap and I only drive it to the track, I don't get picked on much. Last year a Celica with all kinds of "bad ass" body kit/aero drag appendages including a hood scoop, tried to play mean with me on the interstate EARLY in the morning on the way to the track (3 cars on the interstate, Celica, me, and another track buddy). I let him go a bit and then ran his ass down and made sure the car was screaming at about 9,000 revs in fourth when I went by, no blew by his car. I immediately slowed down to the speed limit and the Celica refused to drive by me (or my track buddy).
On the track I do more of the "picking on" in that most people don't pay any attention to my car until I show up in the rearview. I love having "rabbits" to chase. A clear track makes me bored pretty quick even if it is something faster than me trying to chase me down. I make them work hard too.

This is a great thread!!!
Karen told me she was gonna reply back but decided not to (don't know why)
Anyway, we talk about this all the time. For me, I have a long standing problem with a particular Mustang 5.0 from when back in my past. My best friend turned "girl friend stealer" (you know those guys). Anyway, this was obviously before Karen. He had a 1983 Mustang LX convertible, 5.0 with work done. He would run RIO down all day long in high school. My only escape was to head for the mountain roads and out drive him. For a while he would tell everyone in school that "John's too afraid to go against me in a straight line". Truth be told, I wouldn't stand a chance. I always imagine what it would be like now with RIO the way she is, but I'm sure that punk has long since sold his Rustang. So, unfortunately most every Mustang I see pays the price for this kid. When I had my NSX I don't think I ever backed away from a duel with one and I never lost. I absolutely hate Mustangs, and with me it will never change.
Back on topic....... the cars that do tend to start with me (or drive like asses):
Mustangs
Maximas
Jeep Cherokees (don't know why)
350 /G35
Porsche 911s

Yea, I can see myself taking the unsuspecting civic off the line in the Jeep. The V8 has pretty nice pick-up from a red light!
Almost had a shot a Cobalt SS tonight but we parted before we hit open road. I'm pretty sure it was stock, but it was a clean car . It's not on my list of "things to run" but it would be nice to see how the car stacks up to today's better stock sport compacts.

Oh man, Cavaliers! They line up all the time around here. Also a few cars that have tried to intimidate me are Tiburons, WRX's, and of course our beloved Mustang. Oh yeah and the other day I was driving next to a SRT-10 Viper and I let the guy hear my RSR... two seconds later the guy was more than a mile away...
