Traction was unbelievable!!
I mean the CRX used to be useless in the rain. Now even though I have almost 3 times the power it's not bad at all. I guess the tires and Full Race traction bars really do make a huge difference.
2nd gear is now a little more tricky, but get the car in third and she flies. the LSD pulls the car nice and straight, no scary moments at all.

I'm very much a fast, but patient driver. I'm still learning her new legs, so I haven't really pushed her even close to her cornering limits. I can tell you in the dry there's a constant radius "off-ramp" near my house that I use as a rough measure of a cars "stability". I could take the ramp at 65mph in the NSX before I felt a little uneasy. The TL can go through at bout 60mph, and the Element was around 50mph. I have been working the CRX up slowly through that turn, first pass I went 50, then later 55, etc. I'm currently up to 60mph with not a feeling what-so-ever of under-steer. I think she'll surpass the NSX once I get the feel for her. The only thing that's strange with the car is she feels a bit nervous, a little over-sensitive. But that's always how CRXs have been mostly because of their very short wheelbase, then it's exaggerated by the rear suspensions "passive" steering. This give CRXs great left-right maneuverability (awesome for autocross) but also makes the car a bit "over-sensitive". This is all driver feel though, I'm sure Barry understands this and has absolutely no problem purely because he has so much seat time in the CRX. This is basically what I'm doing, I'm re-learning my own car....... it's been almost 10 years!!

You need to start a thread about why and how you name your cars. Alot of people(including me) don't quite get it.

I have my own little guideline that I try to follow when it comes to the rain and cars like the CRX & NSX. I will not take the car out in the rain, however I don't mind taking her out and getting stuck in the rain. In other words I took her to work yesterday and it was cloudy, when I got out it was raining. Oh well, that's why I never removed the wind shield wipers I wash her so much it doesn't matter anyway.
