i have a pm7 in my rexy right now, its hooked up to a SOHC ZC engine, which is weird cause i hear they're for a DOHC ZC engine. could this be the reason why my engine went fubar? lol
this swap of mine will work to my advantage anyways, cause i already have the proper ecu for the engine.
edit: also if this is the case...then the nimcompoop who installed the improper ecu with the sohc zc is an idiot.

Are you positive it's a PM7? Can you see it on the barcode/serial stamp? If so, then that's good you have the right ECU. It wouldn't be why your original motor died. You can use different ECU's with different motors, as long as you have the correct OBD version.
