Hey, I'm new here but I got a question about emissions. I'm buying a 96 ek with a b18c1 swap and turbo. its chipped with chrome. I live in Milwaukee, WI and I need to register the car. How do I go about this?
Because it does not pass emissions. I hear you can take it to any other county out of milwaukee and you dont have to do emissions testing. but i dont know if this is true.
If anyone has had to register a car with a turbo that doesnt pass emissions and got it registered, info me
in ct if its obd2 they just hook the scanner up to the vehicle and cal it a day. so if theres no cel it would pass. dont know how it would work for you up there though. is it an obd2 motor?
