Oil pressure sensor

How do you get this off? I tried today so i could hook up my gauge, and its a really tight fit, The socket i needed I didnt have, but i couldnt fit any socket and rachet up there.

you can just take it off with an open end wrench man. if you only have short ones, get a cheater bar. youll have it off in seconds with a wrench.

I had my oil filter off.. Still couldnt get to it well. The axle was in the way. Anyone know what size socket i would need?

btw, when you put it back on, dont overtighten it, they break easily, and put a tiny bit of silicone on the threads, or else it will leak

with the axle nut I used the standard it fit much better than any of the other metric sockets.
I can't believe you still haven't gotten the damn sensor off, your so lame. I don't wanna come all the way up there just to get that thing off for you.

Have you gotten it off yet? If not, just get the oil pressure sensor socket and git 'er done.

i dont know, i have only done like 5-6 of them, so i havnt felt the need to buy the socket yet, but when i do, i will have to go baller status and get it from snap on, so it will be like 50 bux

u need to drain your oil out and then run it to redline a few times then the bolt will break free
