Today, i went to home depot and got a 4 foot by 3 foot piece of 3/4" mdf cut for me. $15 Then i went to walmart and got a piece of thick black fabric just barely bigger than 4'x3'. $5 Then i went to work with the tape measure and a straight edge and a jig saw and then got out the staple gun. I stretched the fabric over the board and secured it on the backside the whole way around, then i cut a hole for the sub and droped it in.
This is what it looks like after $20 and 2 hours of mild carpentry.


In my opinion, it should be a big improvement over how it was before.





Oh, and i got a pic of my new underbody brace leaning up against the box of my still uninstalled KYB shocks.

I still haven't even run the wires to the amp. And my batteries dead from the car sitting in my garage so long. No liscense till March FTL!!!!

I did it cause in the above picture, I had no floor space in the trunk. And i didn't even install my strut tower bar yet. It would have been bad. Now, when i put the strut tower bar on, it will protect the sub a little.
