Need Help been working/ searching for info since b4 sept so plz look and help me

OK well here is pretty much the details 00 si pretty stock exhaust and intake. This all started like i said b4 sept. last year so its been going on to long and i just need help idk wtf to do any more with it lol.

Probs (in order as they occured)

1. speedo stopped working at total random
2. all dash lights when off i turned car back on everything was fine
3. while driving the rpm guage stopps working
4. car begins the idle rough as shit
5. it dies and dosent even have enough power left to get even the annoying key in ignition sound
6. Took the car to a freind of the family that is all a mech. and found that the 7.5 amp fuse for the radio was creating a draw. So i remeoved it, after that the battery only goes down if i drive it
7. Took the car to honda to have a diagnostics done or w/e, the engine codes and probs they saw were this,

code p1298 aka circuit high voltage
code p0500 vehicle speed
code p0325 knock sensor
code p0141 o2 sensor 1 and 2
PCM will loose connection at times
wires cut and retaped at ecm ( was a vafc controller i know all my wiring is correct)
knock sensor missing (it wasnt so idk wtf they are one)
They also told me that b/c my pcm was loosing connection at times it was causing the alt not to kick on and off.

What i have done to try to fix it.

Bought new speedo put it in and also tested old one both were good no effect at all
Bought new ecu no effect at all
Put in a good guage cluster no effect at all
Took off engine harness and checked for bad wires ect.
Took off alt. had it tested it was good
Took out bat had it tested it is good
Put in a new knock sensor
Replaced engine harness with new

So after doing all that its still the same old shit another day and idk wtf to do anymore should i get a new engine harness and put it on b/c i have eliminated the ecu speed sensor and cluster so it must be wiring. Or should i be searching for some random dash wire that is messed up? btw i have searched the engine bay and took most of the dash stuff apart looking for any loose connections grounds ect.

did you try replacing that 7.5amp fuse with a good one? I'm pretty sure the clock/radio fuse is also the one that powers the PCM/ECU... or at least that's how it was in my old accord.

you replace the speed sensor? could have a lot to do with your gauge problems, as well.

I know this sucks too... but you might wanna try getting a new harness for the PCM... if you cut it for the VAFC, it's possible that even though your wiring is correct, it could still have a short or a dead wire or something to that effect.

wish I could be of more help... but I'm not too good at diagnosing weird electrical problems.

the fuse it self wasnt bad he just determined that, that fuse was creating the draw on the battery, the fuse he pulled was the radio fuse, i replaced the speed sensor with a new one and it still didnt help, i agree thats what i will prolly have to do just so i can rule it out, its just going to suck taking that one off and puting a new one on again

well a 7.5 amp fuse is cheap... even if it's not burnt out, you might as well put a new one in, because there could be a number of things wrong with it if it's causing a draw... just cause it still passes current and hasn't popped doesn't necissarily mean it's good.

after that, it sounds like you might just have a short somewhere in the wiring system. good possibility it's right where you tapped the AFC into... but then it could be anywhere else, too.

you never know what it could be. when you cut wires they kinda degenerate a lil bit. Did you soder/weld them back together or you just spliced and tied them together with electrical tape?

id try find someone with the same car and swap ecu's. for the speedo, maybe your VSS (vehicle speed sensor) thats mounted on the tranny, could be broken. sometimes when you get motor swaps the vss is broken, so, if your cars old enough or has enough mileage, it may be time for a new vss, easily aquired off ebay. as far as the rpm gauge not working all of a sudden, it really makes me think the ecu is bad. with all the weird electrical bugs you have, i think it would be a wise place to start. also, check all your fuses, you can never rule out a blown fuse on some random circuit. ive blown fuses for stupid things and there has been weird side effects as well. oh, and just as a long shot, maybe check the main multiplex. i dont know much about them or how and why they go bad, but with my car specifically, they can go bad and cause a ton of weird bugs. as i said, i dont know much about that subject, but im just throwing out any ideas i think of.
