Fuel problem...

I thought I'd start a new thread instead of hijacking my other thread so when people come with a problem it's easier to find...

I noticed my car wont fill up all the way. I think the float might be getting stuck. When I fill up I can only put in 8 gallons where as before I used to be able to put in 10. The needle only reads at half tank and sometimes goes up a little and sometimes goes down (while on full). I was told to tap on the cluster and see what happens. So I did that today. The needle went from half to full. I looked at it a little later and it was back down to half and I tried tapping again but nothing happened this time and several attempts afterwards. Some think it's the fuel meter unit, some think it's the float, and some think it's the fuel gauge. Any ideas?

What part numbers are each of these? San Leandro Honda Parts
