well it's finally come, i've decided she's gotta go. it's a 1987 Camaro. Tons and tons of new stuff. it's a v6 5spd with 103k on the motor, 130k on the trans
new parts (03' ish unless noted)
- paint/body work
- front seats reupholstered
- headliner
- carpet
- tires - 2 sets one all seasons, one winter w/2 studded tires. one set is steelies one is 15" 92 camaro rs rims
- new ac compressor will work with recharge. i had it all redone in 03' then like 4 months later the ac compressor blew out and i had to put in another one
- air diverter valve
- 02 sensor as well as basically every piece of emissions crap. had to go to emissions first go around by the state, and failed 3 times had to change a bunch of shit then came to find out there was a flaw in the system but it's all new anyways
- exhaust from y-pipe back - cat, connector, muffler, hangers and out pipes
- clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, throw out bearing (sept 04)
- lights all around work
- newer power steering pump
- serpentine belt and tensioner
- rear wheel cylinders
- front brake pads
- rear brake lines (custom made cause old ones rotted away)
- rear stabilizer pieces
- alternator
- distributor, cap, rotor, wires, and plugs
also
- sony xplod head unit, newer rear speakers and a jvc 12 disk changer already in the car.
- grant gt steering wheel, and hurst shift knob
and i'm sure there's more i've replaced nearly everything in the car by now. there's a few not so great things too though.
-there 2 dents in the car, one in drivers door, some ass hole at school. and one in bottom of front fender, niether are major but it happens.
- i just put the 103k mile motor in it because of ring failure on the last one and there's still a skip in the motor, i'm gonna throw some good gas in monday and see what i can do. car is driveable though.
- yes i know it's a v6 but it is a 5spd. this is an amazing shell for someone with a v8 or extremely easy to make into a very very nice car to drive and enjoy an fbody.
