WTB:1991 crx doors - Tuner-Junction

I am loking to purchase 1991 crx doors the ones i have now are completely rusted and preferably looking for as close to rust fre as possible let me know if anyone has theese i have had a heck of a time trying to find theese i am in the chicagoland area will pick up if they are reasonably close thanx

Woah, someone actually near me. I have a set off a 89 CRX DX.. if I remember right 1 of them was fairly rust free but I can't remember which one. I'll actually check tomorrow and get back to you. I'd be happy to see them leave.

Where around Chicago are you located?

cool a local guy yea im from the joliet area but i work and am always in the orland area yea i might be intrested in them doors do you remember what color they were

After looking at them, they're probably not any better than what you have. The one I thought was good has bondo on it hiding rust on closer inspection. The whole car was repainted an ugly blue too so it wouldn't match anything you have.

I'm about an hour south of Chicago in the Kankakee area right now.

They're real ugly. They both have a fair amount of dents and the bottom of the passenger one is messed up on the bottom a little. I thought the driver's side one was decent until I looked at it close and realized it had bondo on it. Flipped it over and found duct tape... removed that and found great stuff used as filler. Ugh, don't buy a car from Indiana, seriously. Glad that's my parts car.

I'll get pictures tomorrow to see if you want them haha. I'll make sure to get up close pictures of anything I can spot that is bad on them so you can see if it's worth your time. $40 is plenty and if you need any other parts on the car i'll be happy to give you them cheap/free.

edit: Forgot to mention, i'm in the Orland/Tinley area fairly often also.

I'm headed to the junkyard in American Canyon this weekend, and can see what's available. I'm looking for doorcards but I can pretty much guarantee that anything I find will be rust free. If you want, I can pick some up for you and work out shipping and handling. I'll get some pictures while I'm there, if you're interested.

Pretty much have nothing. I think I have a dx or hf passenger seat that might be decent but I think everyone has one of those somewhere.
