Trunk Placement
So I have decided to put my subs back in the trunk a little special, but I can't really make up my mind. This is going in a 99 honda civic coupe. so, vote on what yall like the best. and let me hear your opinions as well. like if you like one placement of subs and a different placement of amps. and I'm also trying to decide on the color to light the glass. The interior when done will have a color scheme The seats will be Black edges with the center strip of the seat yellow, and the stitching will be blue and the rest will follow this. Doors black with yellow clothe, the cluster will be blue(rather not it be a bright color may reflect) and the radio bezel will be yellow and so on. I also need opinions on a logo.
COLORS FOR BACKLIGHTING
Choice 1:
Yellow
Choice 2:
Blue
PLACEMENT
OPTION 1:
There is a pocket next to the tail lights between where the hinges come down and the rear fenders. I could lay in some dynamat on the fenders and then fiberglass the enclosure into the side and com out till I have enough room to close the trunk and still have 1" with the sub at full extension. they will also be angled sither toward the front or to the back so that they don't exactly at each other b/c we all know this is bad. the amps will be in the spare tire well with lexan covering and a logo etched into it then backlite.
OPTION 2:
I'm gonna put the amps, with the logo facing forward, so when you fold the back seat down(or take out, just the fold down part) you can see the lite logo with the amps. then have the subs right behind the amps facing the trunk in a off angle maybe up and outwards.
OPTION 3:
Amps behind the seat facing toward the trunk with the backlight logo. and the subs in the sparetire well with lexan covering it with its own logo and backlighting.
I still want to keep a good portion of the trunk space since I have a kid thats why I'm down these 3 options, they still give me alot of the space in the trunk for other stuff. sorry its so long

i'm assuming your gonna fiberglass it...
but my idea would be to make a complete small box that'll take up the whole backseat for the amps to be in. depending on what kind of subs, IE size, and whats recommended for the volume of the encloser, you COULD put the sub in the wheel well..but what are you gonna do with your spare tire? so another option would be to build the ecloser towards the tail lights like you said. but have the subs aimed towards the back of the trunk and somewhat to the lid of the trunk. if i'm correct, it'll still act like a normal MDF box in your trunk, and you'll have great sound when the sound waves hit the back of the trunk and bounce towards the cab of the car! For the backseat idea you can build yourself an amp rack like i said, and mount it to the back of the seat SOLID, then hook up some fans and put plexi glass on it, carpet it and put lights in the corners as well. that would look cool

I like option 1 and color choice 2. even though option one is way more more, I think it would be more worth it in the end
