If you can help him out in any way with this fight, please do. I really feel the Honda community is where it is mainly because of that site (crome, uberdata, etc. were all spawned from it and fuel management is so far ahead of other brand's scenes it's ridiculous)
Some stupid reasons to go to court. Im a big fan of the product that Hondata puts out, but geeze- thats a bit rediculous. I cant imagine that what theyre suing for is worth what theyre doing to their own reputation.
it sucks that hondata is taking legal actions against someone that doesnt own the forum anymore, but its his own fault for not taking it off the site in a timely order that they gave him. the new owners should step up and help out.
what PGMFI.ORG should do if they get a good laywer is find out who leaked the information and counter sue that person or persons if it goes bad for them in the hondata lawsuite
I agree that PGMFI should of removed the link depending on the program (if it was a Hondata written program there is no reason it should be linked) but I have a feeling Hondata has some personal reasons for going after pgmfi.org.
All I have to say is Hondata better hope they win in court because there are a lot of people pissed off about this and not going to buy Hondata products anymore.
