Interesting idea....?

I was surfing the net for anything CRX related when I came across www.mimousa.com from some forum. They sell this electric centrifugal blower that you attach to the end of your intake to force in air for added horsepower. They're selling it for around $350 but JABSCO makes what looks like the same damn thing for as low as $115...of course some wiring would be needed...but I would bet it's not that bad. I'm just throwing this find out there to see what anyone thinks.

electrical superchargers suck, they can make you lose horsepower. do not get one if you care about power, gas mileage, or you have any self esteem.

basically.

They don't flow enough air to create boost above about 2k rpm on most motors. Therefore, they just turn into a giant restriction in your intake. There are electronic superchargers that work, but they're around 3k retail and don't look like a fan.

LAMO...oh ok...I see. I was just curious. Thanks for the input. Heh...I got too many other things to fix before I even consider horsepower gains anyway.
