180k refresher
so my explorer is about to roll over 180k miles. I really think it needs some help.
Some things i know that need replacing are:
-spark plugs/wires
-battery cables (have a good bit of corrosion down the wire, i dipped it in coke for about 20 minutes each cable, but want a premanent solution)
ive also considered doing one of those engine cleaners (seafoam, restore, etc...) but i heard seafoam isnt reccomended for high mileage engines (like over 100k) because it can chew through seals. I dont wanna have to tear the motor apart, at least until i get another car and some time.
what do you suggest?

my 28 hour old tires are at the manufacturer reccommended 35 PSI.
got em yesterday at 5:30 and did an alignment today at noon.
and im thinking more overall performance, reliability, etc... than just gas mileage.
