well... buy a civic. they're cheap, easy to work on, have tons of modding options, and are really reliable.
I'd be really surprised if Honda insurance on FL is really that outrageous.

Well, get ready to be surprised because it is. It's according to how mostly Honda's are being stolen up in Florida and the company having to make up for it. Plus, I've got tons of means of discounts on the insurance so I should be good, thanks to kick ass grades and Driver's Ed.  |

I will say start with a Honda Civic Si and it doesn't matter what year and model cause it a great beginner car, easier to work on and parts are interchangeable go get and D16Z6 and u will have fun boosting ur car
