need help about a cat converter

ok guys, im sick of my test pipe. i need a real cat but it looks like the ones from kteller are weld/clamp on and i want a direct bolt in. so summit has basically a better flowing stock replacement cat for my car for $100 shipped.

is there really THAT much of a difference between the stock cat and a "high flow" or not.

If i rember correctly a oem one will cost you more than a hundered dollars!!
and a high flow cat is less restrictive than a oem cat.
