Things to think of when detailing

If you take your car to go get detailed or do it urself heres a list of things that are included.

Wash and dry exterior paint
Scrub tires and wheels
Clean and polish exterior windows and mirrors
Clean and polish paint
Wax or seal paint
Polish chrome trim
Clean door, hood and trunk jambs
Clean and dress rubber seals
Dress exterior trim, tires and vinyl top
Vacuum
Scrub or shampoo floor mats
Shampoo carpet
Shampoo or wash upholstery
Clean dash and console
Clean vents
Apply dressing to console, vinyl and leather
Clean interior windows and rearview mirror
Empty and clean ashtrays
Deodorize vents and carpet
Protect carpet and upholstery fabric

Extras:
Engine clean (annual)
Undercarrage clean and re wax (annual)

good list but you forgot shredder valve for valve stems on your tires. Also the release button on your emergency brake. Its called "Detailing" for a reason.

a credit card can come in handy to get the wax out of the small cracks and in b/w places.

schrader valve........ and i believe that refers to the internal system not the outside stem......... the release button is common sense... i used to work for a shop we covered it all inside, and out,, even inside the wheel wells, etc, but i never took the core out of a valve stem to clean it, thats more of a mechanical thingg than detailing
