Spoon Venturi Plate
Does anyone know anything about the power gains of the Spoon Venturi plate? Has anyone used or know anyone how has used it before?

from an engineering standpoint the idea is excellent...many itb and carb setups use the venturi effect to great success, however i dont know how much of a smooth reduction in diameter, followed by smooth increase can be accomplished in what appears to be a thick IM gasket. Id be curious to see a dyno plot before and after to completely buy into it.

$335 for that. That thing better never blow. If I ever got another honda I better be able to fit it on there as well. Tops I would pay for that is $40-$50 and Id better be drunk.

This seems like one of those pieces that come WAYYY after you're done. where each 1 hp matters. The concept works in combustion practices and flow diagrams... but it's not worth it on the price / power curve in my opinion
