Crashed My Car!!!
Some idiot teenage chick rear ended me today cuz she was looking through her purse for gum. I got hit and pushed into a Honda mini van in front of me so my car got sandwiched. My radiatior blew up but my engine and tranny is 100% ok. My question for you guys is....
I'm puling my motor and throwing in a blown d-series before the insurance adjuster looks at it so i can keep my engine. I'm thinking on puting my engine in a gutted crx and building it up. If I ran 12.9 in my 1996 hatchback, with the same engine what'l it do in a CRX?? HP is in sig. Another thing will a crx with a just as good suspension setup out handle my 1996 hatch??

Yes, a properly set-up CRX should be able to outhandle a EK hatch. BUT a properly set-up EK isn't a slouch either.
And an underdriven properly set-up CRX will be toasted on the track/autox by a properly driven underprepared CRX. Get where I'm going

Yes I actually have, every sence I've decided to raise my standards I haven't got any in like 3 months, now I beat off like 2-3 times a day and all I can think about is sex unless I'm busy and even then I will usually trail off into thinking about sex. I think me raising my standards is gonna back fire and I'll end up going even lower than before

Hahaha funny shit guys. One says its all on the driver which um OF COURSE IT IS haha but its going to be the same driver, ME! The other says CRX all the way. How good is front/reat weight distrib on the CRX with a b-series. I'll probably for sure put the battery in the rear but still how good/bad will it be.

If I have a crx the interior is ghetto anyways Ima strip is CLEAN and paint it with two racing seats and just enough roll bar for the seatbelt harness.

how much weight can you shave gutting a miata like that? I would think the soft top would be pretty heavy.

I think the soft top is like 40lbs, there's a website somewhere where some guy weighed everything he stripped off his miata and he got it down 300lbs, i'm trying to find it right now

Dont know if insurance will let me keep it all or not. I can get everything off but the suspension cuz I dont have stock replacements. Everything else is all in the motor..I dont care about a couple of gauges and racing seats.
