Custom-ground cams
I've been planning out my setup, and I decided I'm going to start with cams/gears/valvetrain. I have an H22 with a stock bottom-end. I want to bump it to an aggressive setup slowly through the year, and by next summer, I want some 50mm ITBs on it- all with a stock bottomend (I'll be building another bottomend in my room). Keeping in mind the aggressive setup, I want my max power gains to fall between 4500 and 7000 RPM.
Does anyone have any tips, or advice to keep in mind when it comes down to getting custom-ground cams? Are there any specific companies that are more 'personal', and take your needs into account when they do the grind?

www.webcamshafts.com
If you go too aggressive on the head without building up the compression, your power is going to be very peaky and your not going to get the power you want or where you want it.
www.pocketrocketsracing.com - Frank has a vast knowledge of building h22's and he would definitely be a good person to turn to when your looking around trying to gather info.
here are some other places to look:

If your haveing custom cams ground then I would do all the head work first and see what max lift the head flows at then have your cams ground for that lift then figure what duration you want.
