Nope A spec packages for the Rsx,Tsx and TL is all suspension work, wheel&tires and lip kit modifications. Theres no extra power. There actually slower. Do to weight increase.

maybe a slower quarter mile, but probably faster around a track

I think it's ugly. There I said it.
I do recall however that the aero kit was windtunnel tested to reduce the coefficient of drag. So it's not just looks.  Honda enginerds FTW
