update: wheels primed and painted, suspension on the way in
ive been workign non stop the last few days stripping, sanding and priming my wheels for paint. 2 of them are done and 1 needs to be sanded down againsince the pirmer didnt flatten out some little bts of damage on the wheels.
the suspension is proving to be an issue. the bolts holding, well, eveything are all ceased. i broke one socket extention already and dont want to break my 2 new ones. i got some liquid wrench and im going to give it a try again tonight when i get back. my hand is sore as i sliced my right palm open on the broken extension.
i will post some of the many pictures of the wheels when i get home tonight.

go pick up an impact extension. you can't break that. and you'll need a breaker bar too... all things that are pretty much impossible to break.

i have a breaker bar, its about 2 feet long but it has a 1/2 adapter rather thatn the 3/8 that all my sockets are. so i got a 1/2 to 3/8 converter so i can use my sockets with my breaker bar and my new torque wrench. i also got a new 3" extension and a 6" extension. hopefully that plus liquid wrench and possibly a good torching, ill get the bolts off and the rear shocks assempled and installed by the morning.

Man it was a bitch doing my suspension. The front took a while and some Liquid Wrench, but it came off eventually. The rear however, was completely fused together as one piece! I had to get a shop to cut it off
Sounds good so far, I wanna see pics!

well if that car (the crx) is yours, i bet it was fused lol. i really hope mine isnt as bad, i mean its an 02 with only 50,000, 18,000 of which i put on in highway miles pretty much.
it didnt look fused together, but i have a feeling im gonna get fucked up the ass trying to get the bolts off

Yeah it's mine. I would say just go fuckin' wild with some liquid wrench and just keep trying. Maybe it's just the bolts that are fused, so getting them cut off isn't a big deal.

i need to get theh rears done so i can take the front wheels off to finnish painting them. while theyre off, ill do the front shocks which should be eaiser since theres no interior to rip up lol.

Nice man NICE!! Looks great so far! Can't wait to see it dropped
I kinda think it would have looked good in the gold color too. I would have just left it and put the money elsewhere, but hey it ain't my car now is it!

Amen! It's annoying pulling the trunk carpet away isn't it!? Good luck with the rest of it... I (along with everyone else) can't wait to see that thing with a little less ground clearance.
