Ok I took the d16a6 (CRX Si) harness, wired it all up, found one pair of wires that goes to the A/C that's dangling now because I don't need it, one wire that goes to the o2 sensor (which isn't hooked up because the exhaust manifold isn't hooked up), and one pair of wires that goes onto the passenger's side of the engine block that didn't reach but I snipped some of the wire-tie that goes around the bundle of wires headed toward the o2 sensor to make it line up.

I still need to get the exhaust manifold, bolt that up, find a good diagram for hooking the b18a1 up to the d16a6 MAP sensor for the vacuum lines, hook up the vacuum lines, reinstall my battery, reinstall my intake, buy an integra shift linkage and shorten it to fit the CRX/b18 combo, purchase an Integra upper radiator hose (i installed the Integra radiator to simplify things), install that, reattach my axles and reassemble the suspension, fill my fluids, and try starting the car for the first time with this engine. Then I can find out what stupid little things I screwed up (like a wire I missed, or how I messed up the vacuum lines, or the shift linkage is too short/long, or something stupid like that) and correct whatever problems I've caused.

I lined up the CRX shift linkage (which is about a foot too short) and it should actually work with the b18a1 if I lengthened it. That won't be difficult if I just get some straight steel and add it into the straight part of the linkage (I'm just looking for ways to save money without losing any performance).
